The Xport® Grease Spray System is a pneumatic pump system that fits onto LE’s pail or quarter drum and is recommended or greasing the tires and wear bars of kilns. It allows quick and easy lubrication, despite the high temperatures and rotating equipment associated with kilns.
The spray system helps reduce time of application with its 2-lb (0.9-kg)-plus per-minute application rate, and it eliminates the time spent replacing or disposing of tube cartridges. The system requires plant air of 90-100 psi (6.2-6.9 bar). It comes with a 36- or 59-inch (91- or 150-cm) long chrome-insulated applicator lance to allow personnel to maintain a safe distance from potentially hazardous areas.
